Stride collects information you provide, including:

  • Your name, phone number and email address

  • Horse information

  • Run history

  • Photos and videos you choose to upload

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Stride app

  • Store your horse and run records

  • Personalize your experience

  • Respond to support requests

Sharing Information

Stride does not sell your personal information. We only share information when required by law or when necessary to provide our services.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to help protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices

You may:

  • Update your profile

  • Delete your account

  • Contact us with privacy questions

Phone Verification

When you create an account, we ask for your mobile number and send a one-time text code to confirm it’s you. Your verified number is stored with your account and is never shown to other users.

What Other Members Can See

Your first name, last name, and profile photo can be seen by other Stride members so they can find you and share horses with you. Members can also find you by entering your exact email address or phone number, but your email and phone number are never displayed.

Shared Horses

When you share a horse, the people you share it with can see that horse’s details, photos, videos, and runs. They cannot edit or delete them, and they cannot see your personal information.

Feedback and App Activity

If you send feedback, we store your message and email address so we can respond. We also record which days you use the app to understand how Stride is used.

Service Providers

Stride uses Google Firebase to store your account and data and to send verification texts, and Apple and RevenueCat to process subscriptions. These providers only use your information to provide their services to us.

Account Removal

If you delete your account, your profile, horses, runs, photos, and videos are permanently deleted. If we remove an account for violating our Terms of Service, we keep the phone number to prevent it from being used to create a new account.
