You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account.

User Content

You own the information you upload to Stride, including:

  • Horse profiles

  • Run records

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Notes

By uploading content, you grant Stride permission to store and display it within the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Stride for illegal purposes.

  • Upload offensive or harmful content.

  • Attempt to interfere with the app’s operation or security.

Availability

While we strive to keep Stride available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

Stride is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:

  • Lost data

  • Competition results

  • Financial losses

  • Injuries to horses or riders

  • Decisions made using information stored in the app

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Stride means you accept any updated terms.
